In this HostPapa tutorial, we show you how to manage files in CuteFTP.
This tutorial assumes you’ve already had CuteFTP running on your computer and connected to a remote server.

Let’s create a new folder on the remote server. One way to create a new folder is to right-click anywhere in the remote server window, then click the new folder or you can just click the new folder icon on the top ribbon. Name the new folder and you can later rename the folder.

You can also rename files or delete them by using the same steps. Now let’s learn how to change the permission of files, simply click the properties icon and enter in the new permissions and select apply then ok.
