In this HostPapa tutorial, we show you how to upload files using FlashFXP.

This tutorial assumes you’ve already had FlashFXP running on your computer but not connected to a remote server.
Click the site menu, then select site manager. Before connecting to a remote server, we need to double-check its settings. Click the site you what to connect to then click the close button. To establish a connection to a remote server, click the lightning bolt icon. Locate the site we want to connect to and click demo webs then demo1234.com website. Now we have established a connection with a remote website.

The right window lists the files and folders on the remote server. The left window lists the files and folders on our local computer. Once we have located the file, we would like to transfer we would select it then right-click it and select transfer. The file favorit.htm has been uploaded to the remote server and can now be seen in the right window.

Now to create a new folder on the remote server right-click in the right window. Then select the make folder option, name it and select ok. Now let’s upload a file to this new folder, then select the file and use the transfer icon.

When we have finished working and want to disconnect from the remote website or server click disconnect icon.
