Customers often begin an experiment using local or self-managed Kubernetes, but then want to move to a managed service for production workloads. In this workshop we’re going to learn how to migrate workloads from a self-managed Kubernetes cluster to EKS. We will start with a KIND cluster running a stateless and stateful application.  By the end of the workshop we will have migrated our stateless and stateful applications to EKS.

Learning Objectives:
-Learn how to migrate self-managed Kubernetes clusters to Amazon EKS.
-Learn how to deploy a production grade cluster with Amazon EKS.
-Learn how to run a stateless and stateful application on Amazon EKS.
