Drupal is an online, open-source, CMS (content management system), that you can use to create and manage your website. Stories in Drupal are essentially used to create a personal blog or news articles.

Drupal Stories are articles that have a title, teaser, and a body, but they can also be extended by modules. To manage your stories you can click on "Create content" from your Drupal dashboard.
