iPhone: How to Setup an IMAP Email Account

In this HostPapa tutorial, we show you how to setup an IMAP email on your iPhone.

First select the settings icon, then go to the Mail, contacts, calendars. Then Select Add Account, once there select other and add mail account. Enter the name, email address, and email password of the email account you’re adding.

When finished press Next. As we are creating an IMAP account make sure this option is selected. Then you will have to enter the incoming mail server, host name, username, and password. Then do the same for the outgoing mail server. Once finished press next then save. You have now created an IMAP email address.

To check your email, select the mail icon. If you have multiple accounts setup on your iPhone, they will all be listed here.
