This is the fifth session on the CFM enablement program. In this session we will focus on AWS Storage services – EBS, S3 and AWS Shared files services (EFS, FSx for Lustre and FSx for Windows). We will describe each service, its pricing model, and share techniques for analyzing and optimizing your AWS storage costs. During this session, we will show how you can use AWS tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, S3 Lifecycle Management, S3 Inventory and other management tools offered by AWS, in your day by day operations to ensure your storage costs are optimized and controlled on an ongoing basis. By joining this session, you will be able to better understand your AWS storage costs and apply automatic techniques to optimize your costs.
