It's Time To Stop Breaking Your Promises with Ruth Cheesley

Often there is a need to change the structure of a site, to move a resource, or even to completely change the way a website works. As soon as a website is deployed, we have in effect ‘promised’ to provide a resource at a specific URL, and we should honour that promise regardless of any structure changes in the future.
