In this how-to, you’ll learn how to restore your login details with the ‘Password Reset’ option in case you have forgotten your password or Namecheap username.
Please note: Currently, a password can be reset by providing a username, email address, or registered domain name.
There is an option to disable any or all of these options to protect your account.
In case all of the options were disabled, it will not be possible to use the Password reset option, unfortunately.
Please note: For security reasons, the passwords that you have already used are restricted in our system and cannot be chosen again.
Please note: We suggest you use a password that contains at least 8 characters with no spaces at the beginning or at the end.
