1. In the Hostinger dashboard click on Email Accounts tab. Here is where you'll find the SMTP and POP3 information. We'll use this information when connecting the accounts so keep it open.

2. Go into your Gmail account and click on the Settings icon, then choose Settings. Here you'll add the necessary information from your business email account.

3. Go into Accounts & Import in the Gmail Settings tab and choose "Add Mail Account".

4. You will need to go for the POP3 option and fill in all of the information about your business email. You can find everything you need in the Hostinger "Email Accounts" tab that you've opened in step 1.

After this, your Gmail account is already ready to receive emails that are directed to your business email box. However, for smooth communication you not only need to receive mails to your business emaill account, but to send them as well. Here's how to send emails from your business email account.

5: Choose "Yes, I want to be able to send emails" when the option pops up after adding POP3 to your Gmail account.

6: Choose the account name you can type anything you want here. And this is what other people see when they contact your professional email account.

7. Fill in all of the required SMTP information about your business email. You can also find that on the Hostinger dashboard that we've opened in Step 1.

8 Navigate back to Hostinger and open your business email box from there. You'll find an email sent from Gmail. Open it and click the link inside to verify that you're the owner of that email box.
