Cherokee County School District (CCSD) is 40 schools, 6000 employees and 42,000 students. CCSD’s maintenance staff were looking to unlock building data, increase energy and operational efficiency, and improve indoor air quality in school buildings to create a safe learning environment for returning K-12 students and staff. CCSD was looking for a solution that made it easy for teachers to control their indoor environment and gave students an opportunity to engage in hands-on learning with the school’s technical infrastructure to equip them with skills for work.

CCSD became an early adopter of Abound by Carrier, an AWS Partner. Carrier is the leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable, and intelligent building and cold chain solutions.
