Learn how CEPSA built their Talent Mobility website, a widely adopted internal tool to manage job offers and put candidates and managers in contact based on a graph of skillsets and job requirements. The system extracts information from SAP and SuccessFactors into a data lake, where the data is transformed and loaded daily into an Amazon Neptune graph. Candidates are matched to open roles using Gremlin queries and a custom business algorithm and all the information is made available to the Talent Mobility website through API GW and Lambda functions.
