#1 Subdomain Hosting on SiteGround
If you want to add an additional section to your website, such as a blog, forum or online shop you'll need to create a subdomain. You'll still be using your main website name but it'll have an extension in front of it.
To create a subdomain go to Siteground's site tools and select subdomains. Enter the name you want and click create. Now you can treat this just as any other website – modify and install applications to it.
The thing is that by using this method all of your created websites will share the same resources. So if you get more traffic to one site - another site's performance can be impacted. However, in my experience, I didn't run into these kinds of problems. So if you just have a few websites or don't have much traffic you should have no trouble with that.
#2 Additional Domain Hosting on SiteGround
Of course, if you have one of the more expensive plans – you can also add an additional domain and have 2 separate websites with 2 separate names using SiteGround.
For this, you can buy a domain name on SiteGround or anywhere else and simply add the website the same way, you've added the first.
And that's pretty much how you host multiple websites using the same SiteGround plan in 2022.
